05 NovProfessor Margaret Sutherland was invited by the Ministry of the Republic of Slovenia for Education, Science and Sport and the Centre of the Republic of Slovenia for Mobility and European Educational and Training Programmes (CMEPIUS) to participate in a debate at the upcoming international conference they are organising.
28 OctWe are pleased to announce two new professorial appointments at the School of Education. Professor Simon McGrath joins us as Chair of Education (the founding chair, established in 1949). Professor Jason Arday will join us as Professor of the Sociology of Education.
03 NovProfessor Margaret Sutherland and Dr Ines Alves have been invited to give a keynote address at an international conference being hosted by Beijing Normal University (BNU), China.
21 OctWe are very pleased that the PASCAL Observatory and its Learning Cities Network with its European centre hosted by CR&DALL at the University of Glasgow is a partner in the 2021 Global Learning Festival being organised from 8-11 November by the cities of Wyndham and Melton in Australia. Many of the member cities of the LCN are making contributions, including Medellin, Taipei, Wolverhampton and of course Wyndham itself.
